1. Analysis

It is the process of looking at exactly what a job requirements, entails, in order to determine the necessary job qualifications. It is a procedure through which you determine the duties and responsibilities. Nature of the jobs and finally to decide qualifications. Skills and knowledge to be required for an employee to perform a particular job. Job analysis helps to understand what tasks are important and how they are carried on.

2. Action

It is one whole process, with a full life cycle, that begins with respect to the job, and ends with the introduction of the employee to the organization. It can also be defined as the “process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating and encouraging them to apply for jobs in an organization”.

3. Follow up

Follow up is art and it takes time, strategy and a will to serve customers better to master this art. candidates usually want a medium to get in touch with the company. therefor, the follow up system enhances this communication.
